On the way to the Second Hand Bookshop I could not resist a picture of these beautiful stairs.

On my visit last spring I had found an Emmerdale book, (Emmerdale's Yorkshire). I found the same book even now and bought it for Risto, the other Emmerdale translator.

And I just had to buy the Finnish translation of Jane Eyre from 1919, which I presented to my son, a lover of old books.
