On Monday having come back from Castle Howard I had a very exciting date with a pen pal who I'd written letters with for six years in the beginning of the 60's, but never met.

I had managed to locate her just in time before this trip.

Judy spent our time for shopping with me, and we tried to catch up the news of past 30 years, and really felt like old friends, which of course we were.

Judy and Clive then spent a fortnight in Finland later that summer and I visited them in East Yorkshire next January.
