Update 2012-01-06
Please understand that this information is published intentionally in a very early design stage because there is very limited HF application information available for the Freescale MRFE6VP61K25H. We have been working hard with the broadband performance. In the broadband use the MRFE6VP61K25H LDMOS is under harder load compared to a narrow band application. It might mean slightly reduced output power. Additionally the 1.8MHz...50MHz coverage is rather demanding in a kilowatt level. We are not sure yet if the 50MHz can be included in the design. We might leave 50MHz out or specify it with reduced power and/or efficiency. There are also some concept ideas e.g. more sophisticated user interface with auto band selection and lighter power supply. So be patient...
